Meet Nora
Broker AssociateNora is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and is overjoyed to be joining Compass! She grew up in Northern California in Sonoma County. She came to Colorado seven years ago to get her Bachelor of Equine Science and a Minor in Business Administration at Colorado State University. While at CSU, she studied abroad in Ireland and traveled all throughout Europe. Nora loves to travel and hopes to visit Europe again. She has been living in Denver for three years but you can often find her in Franktown riding her horse, Blue. She has been riding horses for fifteen years and truly loves spending her free time around horses. Nora has a strong passion for the agriculture/equine industry as she previously worked under different horse trainers and as a veterinary technician and brings this skill set and experience to her new role as a real estate consultant and broker.
Nora is not new to the Real Estate Industry. She grew up watching her Mom, Robin Kallman, who is also an agent with Compass in Anacortes, WA, be a very successful broker. She enjoyed helping her Mom prepare marketing materials for listings and open houses when she was younger. Nora bought her first home in Denver in 2020. It was during that transaction that Nora’s passion for real estate came to the surface. Nora has moved over a dozen times in her life and understands how stressful this process can be for buyers and sellers. Her goal is to make a stressful change peaceful and smooth. Nora appreciates the dedication it takes to help each client and to always put their needs first. She learned valuable lessons watching her Mom and is thrilled to be following her in her footsteps.
Nora is joining The 303 Home Team. Her new team has over 30 years of experience and more than 500 homes sold in the Denver market. The 303 Home Team is focused on helping clients in growing their wealth through real estate ownership and investment. Nora is excited to bring her passion to helping clients buy and sell homes, condos, and horse property throughout the Denver Metro Area.
When Nora is not taking care of her clients, she enjoys walking with her Australian Shepard, Adaline, or riding her horse. Nora has a strong desire to be outside and soak up the Colorado sunrises and sunsets. She also enjoys traveling to Washington to see her Mom or to New York to see her brother and spending time with friends.
